CEC's Kuna Tavalin Presented with the Cyndy Littlefield Exceptional Service Award

The Committee for Education Funding (CEF) has chosen Kuna Tavalin, CEC's Senior Policy and Advocacy Advisor, as the seventh recipient of the "Cyndy Littlefield Exceptional Service Award." Kuna has been an active and valued part of CEF for years, serving on CEF's Board of Directors 10 years ago, taking a leadership role as co-chair of the Gala Committee, serving on the Nominations Committee, being a stalwart in attending CEF Friday meetings, and offering helpful insights and information. 

Created in 2019, this award is presented to recognize a CEF member “for their dedication, energy, and enthusiasm for CEF’s mission and advocacy on behalf of investing in education, as exemplified by Cyndy Littlefield’s exceptional decades-long service to CEF.”
